01Who can use this service
You must be 18 or over. This service holds identifiable photographs of your face and gives advice about your appearance. We do not accept submissions from anyone under 18, and you will be asked to confirm your age before you can start.
If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it and the photographs immediately and refund anything paid.
02What you are buying
A facial analysis: a set of measurements taken from your photographs and compared against published reference ranges for your age and background, read and signed off by a licensed specialist, with a written protocol of what they would and would not change, and citations for the research behind each recommendation.
You are buying a specialist’s reading of your photographs. You are not buying a particular outcome, a particular finding, or a promise that anything about your appearance will change.
03Price, renewal and cancellation
The subscription is $149 per year. It renews annually until you cancel.
We email you a reminder one month before each renewal, so a renewal is never the first you hear of it. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access for the remainder of the year you have already paid for.
Optional add-ons are priced separately and shown in full before you pay.
04Refunds
If we cannot complete your analysis, you get all of your money back. That includes the case where your photographs turn out not to be usable and we cannot get a usable set between us.
If you change your mind before your analysis has been written, you get a full refund and we will not ask you why. Once it has been delivered we cannot take it back, so that is where refunds close.
A renewal is a fresh year of the service, and the same rule applies to it: a full refund at any point before that year’s analysis has been written.
Ask by replying to any email from us, or by messaging your specialist from your account.
05Your photographs
You keep ownership of your photographs. You give us permission to store and analyse them for the purpose of providing the service, and for nothing else.
You confirm that the photographs are of you, and that you are the person who can give that permission. Do not submit photographs of anyone else.
We do not publish your photographs, use them as examples, use them in marketing, or use them to train models. If we ever want to use an anonymised example, we will ask you first and you can say no without it affecting anything.
06What we ask of you
- Give accurate answers. A specialist reading inaccurate history can reach the wrong conclusion.
- Submit photographs that are genuinely of you and reasonably recent.
- Do not use the service on behalf of someone else.
- Do not resell, republish or redistribute your analysis as though it were general advice. It was written about one face.
07When we will say no
A specialist may decide we cannot help you. That is a real outcome and a common one, and when it happens nothing is charged and we tell you why.
We will also decline, or stop, if the photographs are unusable and cannot be retaken, if the request is outside what a facial analysis can answer, or if continuing would not be in your interest. If distress about appearance is the larger issue, an analysis is not the right first step and we will say so rather than take the money.
08Limits of our responsibility
The analysis is information and opinion, not a guarantee. Decisions you make after reading it, including decisions to seek treatment, are yours, and you should take them with a qualified clinician who has examined you in person.
We are responsible for providing the service described here with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for outcomes of treatments performed by anyone else, or for decisions taken on the basis of the analysis.
Nothing here limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Lebanese law.
09Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription, and you can have your data deleted at any time, see the Privacy Policy.
We may end it if these terms are broken, and will tell you why.
10Law
These terms are governed by Lebanese law, and disputes fall to the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
